The opening speech was for Mr. Yasser El-kady ECO & ITIDA who was responsible for the development process which took place in the ITC sector for the past few years.
Dr. Mohamed Salem the Minister of communication and information technology , gave an imperative speech about the role of government in developing and maintaining the previous years' achievements.
The speech offered ways and tracks in how to achieve more growth rates for such a vital sector that plays an important role in pumping the national treasury.
After the speech ,there was a time for an open discussion with companies to discuss the strategies and methods applicable in order to improve information technology in Egypt.
