What are the benefits of SVC Video Conference service?
The Video Conference service provided by Smart Village Cairo offers the following:
- Point-to-point (two parties) and Multi-point (three or more parties) video conferences.
- Based on customer preference & technical possibilities, SVC can either initiate the call or receive it.
- Availability of room setup upon customer requirements & up to 60 attendances per session.
- Data show
- Sound system
- 42 inch LCD Screen upgradable to visualized wide screen
Who can benefit from using SVC Video Conference service?
This is a public service available for all smart village residents & non smart village companies.
Rates & Packages:
* For a videoconferencing session after working hours or during a weekend or a public holiday, extra charge of 50% is applied on above rates.

N.B. Working hours is from 8:30 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. Sunday thru Thursday.
Terms & Conditions:
- Above rates are in Egyptian pounds payable in advance.
- Minimum duration for a videoconferencing session is One hour.
- Reservation must be made 5 days before session date.
- Rates include rent of room and equipment usage.
- Availability of coffee breaks or lunch menus upon prior request.
- Reservation is non refundable if canceled 48 hours prior to reservation date.
