FROM THE EDITOR

When talking about human development, people usually recall a wide range of related ideas, class rooms, training centers, labs and incubators, while actually we should all think of it as tool to increase our chances towards a better life.
Human Development is a development paradigm that is about much more than the rise or fall of national incomes. It is about creating an environment in which people can develop their full potential and lead productive, creative and innovative lives in accord with their needs and interests. Development is thus about expanding the choices people have to lead lives that they value.
So in order to live a better tomorrow we should work hard on today’s inputs.
Only smart organizations believe in the importance of investing time and money on their staff, such organizations know it for a fact that for them to live and compete in their fields and with the strong globalization effects on competition, they should always meet and exceed their customer’s expectations , and this will only be achieved through two main activities, researching the market as well as the client’s ever changing needs and expectations as well as enhancing and empowering their staff’s knowledge and skills to be able to create, innovate and come up with “ the next best things” clients will strive to have, be it a service or a product, what really matters to the client is having the leisure of owning “the next best thing”.
Smart Village Cairo is Egypt’s prime location for such organizations, with the hassle free business environment we offer, smart organizations will only have to come to the park, join the smart community and plug and play, with only one goal ahead; creating “the next best thing” in their fields.

Welcome Ramadan

In Ramadan we shouldn’t only exercise self-control but we should also exercise and practice sports. Many people have stated that they gain weight throughout Ramadan. This mainly occurs because once the fast is broken at night, food is enjoyed and sleep overtakes. The body systems slow and the components of food are stored during sleep. But if there is a committed effort to exercise during the day, then the food that is consumed will go toward muscle repair.
Completely avoiding training during the fasting month will cause you to lose size, strength, and stamina. Like the professional athletes who lose their stamina during an off season.
