Being a "PPP" Project with 20 % belonging to the MCIT and 80 % belonging to the private sector, the project's finance comes from the Smart Villages Company itself and the rest from the investors.  It would not be done without the help of the government and the infrastructure built by them.

The Smart Villages company works on capitalizing the expansion plans and developments requested in the Cairo Park.
